Another set of twins are born. I don’t know about you but I’d think twice about having another child cuz you might end up with two and most likely they’ll be girls. Eric Wintch and his wife, Allissa are the proud parents of two healthy baby girls. This is the third set of twins we have had in our area in the last two years. ALEXIA & HALEY were born on August 28th. Eric is a manager for us at the Outback in Roseville. Congratulations to Eric and Alyssa we wish you all the happiness in the world chasing after three beautiful children. Good Luck!
Here are all 17 House Salad, Wedge Salad, Cesar Salad, Chop Salad, soup of the day, French Onion Soup, Chips, Wild Rice, Bake Potatoes, Garlic Mash, Sweet Potatoes, Corn on the Cob, Asparagus, Broccoli, Spinach, Green Beans, Mixed Veggies. Did I miss some?
Outback currently offers 17 side items not including Grilled Onions and Sauteed Mushrooms. Can you name them?
August started with a poor sales week with us being down over 8% and only one restaurant up in sales. I’m happy to report are sales trend improved from the first week. We were still negative but only 3.4 percent. The good news is we had 6 of our restaurants up in sales during a three day holiday week. Maybe not as many people are leaving town with four dollar gas. Looking forward to keeping this trend going.
That Lloyd calls Fremont everyday with the same Posi question.
This month has seemed to become one big blur. Quite of things going on from weddings , to babies, to new menu items, to fundraisers, new managers, covering sabbaticals and vacations, blah blah blah blah blah. I’m sure you all are all feeling sorry for me. Please don’t as they say in Fremont, “I’m just living the dream”. August ends tomorrow and we start the always challenging September. This year, September will also be the month we change to our Aussie Autumn menu insert. We will be featuring an Alice Springs Quesadilla as an appetizer, a Pecan Crusted Trout as our seafood offering, a Bacon Wrap Filet served with Shrimp and Scallops as our mixed grill, a marinated sirloin and to top it off a new dessert, Kirsten’s favorite Carrot Cake. Let’s make sure we all get to taste these new items before they are made available to our customers by September 10th.
Packaging all leftovers for our customers not just handing them a to go box.
Don’t forget we have to exceed our customers expectation when they ask about this promotion. Even though we are not participating.
Outback is going south of the border and featuring the Alice Springs Quesadilla in our Aussie Autumn Specials starting on September 10th. Can’t wait!!
