We recently dined at the PH restaurant and it was outstanding! I had not been to the Outback since it opened 15+ years ago and I’m sorry that I’ve been missing out. The food was great, the restaurant very clean, the service was wonderful and your manager, Ryan, was very professional in handling a discrepancy with our $50 rebate card that we received from another company and used toward our bill. I hope Ryan and his team are recognized for their excellent customer service! We will definitely be going back to the Outback soon. Thank you.

 Last Thursday, February 25, 2010, my boyfriend (George Patterson) and I (Shelby Denison) dined at your Rohnert Park restaurant and received the best service imaginable. Our server was Vicky, she went above and beyond our expectations and provided us with exceptional service. She check on us regularly, had great knowledge of the menu, and offered suggestions to go along with our meals. She was an absolute delight and we hope to have her as a server again in the future. At the end of our meal we spoke with Chris the manager on duty, who was also a delight. We told him about the exception service that we received and that we planned to return soon.Over all our experience at your restaurant was fantastic and we plan to return soon. Saturday night, I was in our great Outback in Fremont just checking things out and doing my thing. Which is really a whole lot of noThing. During the evening Kelly our manager comes up to me with a big smile and says. “Pat our new employee didn’t know who you were and asked if you were my Dad” . Now I have to admit, this is the first time I have experienced this type of inquiry when someone doesn’t know me. Do I really look old enough to be  Kelly’s father? Usually, most people find it hard to believe I have a 30 year old son. Now I look old enough to have a daughter that is ***, well let’s just say she is older than my son. One of the few times I had to have a drink when I got home to drown my sorrows.

Now as I think about it more, I guess I should look at it as a compliment!

 My husband and I recently decided to go out on a rare date night on February 13th. My mom was babysitting our daughter and we decided to brave the crowds on Valentines day weekend becasue I had been craving an Outback Special for a long time. As expected there were a lot of people out that night and we had a 70 minute wait. When we were seated we ordered almost immediatly since we knew what we wanted before we even got there. Our waitress was wonderfull and cheerful despite the very busy night. After our meals arrived my steak was over cooked but still tasted wonderful so I never said anything. Our waitress stopped by to check on us and noticed my steak was over cooked. She immediatly offered to order a new one which I said wasn’t necessary but she insisted and headed to the kitchen. A short time later a manager came out with the new steak, apologized, took the original steak off our bill and offered free dessert. The new steak was even better than what I had been craving for so long and the dessert was heavenly. Going out to dinner is a rare treat these days and going out without our 3 year old is more rare. Thanks to such wonderful service from our excellent waitress and a generous manager our rare night out was a great treat for both of us. In a society where people seem to become more selfish everyday it is a real joy to experience great customer service. We will make the Roseville Outback our primary choice for dining out for both the excellent food and superior customer service. Thank you for making a special night such a great experience.
